Welcome to Pony Bistro, the new restaurant from Holly & Josh Eggleton, serving modern British bistro classics on North Street, Bedminster. Full of all the charm, passion and deliciousness from the original The Pony Chew Valley, but this time in Bristol.

With a kitchen headed up by Hugo Harvey, our chefs cook over open fire — focusing on seafood from the South West coast; vegetables and herbs from our own Pony Garden and local growers; as well as quality reared meat — to create a seasonally changing menu.
